My order
Placing an order is easy: click on the button ‘Choose your Ollie’. You can select your Ollie family in the desired colours and sizes. With the pendant accessory it is also possible to hang Ollie.
After the order confirmation which you will receive from us by email, a track & trace code will follow. With this code you can see when Ollie will arrive at your home.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently only ship to the Netherlands. We are working hard to show Ollie Europe.
We aim to have Ollie delivered to your home within 1 to 2 working days.
We use different delivery services, all of which try to deliver Ollie to your home as quickly as possible.
RETURNS
Is a product not to your liking or have you received the wrong item? Then you can return it within the return period of 14 days after receiving the item. The product must be returned to our studio in the original packaging and undamaged.
An order can only be returned when the product is undamaged and the original box is intact. Please contact us via the contact button.
PAYMENTS
we offer payments via Ideal and Bancontact, so that everyone can pay easily and safely. this way we make it easy for a broad target group to make a payment.

Ollie has a charging time of 5 hours for a 100% full battery.
Ollie lasts 6 hours on the brightest setting. When you set Ollie to the softest setting, it lasts up to 90 days, assuming you use Ollie 8 hours a day.

Ollie has the following light colours: warm white light, cool white light and 14 light colours selected by us.
For all items that you purchase from us, the legal guarantee applies. This means that an item must be in good condition and must function properly under normal use.
No, because Ollie has UV protection, so nothing will discolour.

Although we’ve done everything to ensure that your Ollie works smoothly, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. If you encounter any problems, follow these simple steps to resolve them:
