Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your product within 14 days of receipt, provided it meets the following conditions:

How to return your product?

1. Register your return by sending an email to info@studiounhyde.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and include the return form (if applicable).

4. Keep the shipping receipt until your return has been processed.

Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 days using the original payment method.
